Raffaelli

Great-grandchild of an Italian wine businessman who settled in Mendoza, Argentina in the late 1890's. Moved by her curiosity and passion for italian culture and design she was awarded with a full scholarship to complete her argentinian Design degree with a Master of Science in PRODUCT-SERVICE SYSTEM DESIGN at Politecnico di Milano. In 2013 she graduated with a thesis that applied service design principles in wine tourism, with the aim of creating and improving customer experiences, activating marketing innovation for wine hospitality. The research project was awarded with an international research grant by the Great Wine Capitals Global Network the same year in San Francisco. Some years after, while she was working for a communication agency in Milan, leading marketing communications and design projects, she completed a specialisation course in WINE DESIGN at Poli.Design in order to gain further methods and tools to manage complex design processes and innovation projects in the italian wine industry and its territories.

Was then in 2017 when she decided to quit her full-time job to persue a career on that thing she has always had in her heart: WINE.

Completing her professional profile with a Master specialisation in INTERNATIONAL WINE MARKETING in Florence and a WINE BUSINESS post-graduate course at Università degli studi di Salerno.

At the moment she follows clients in Italy and Argentina as Innovation consultant helping the wine industry embrace Design Thinking throughout both physical and integrated digital transformation processes.
